Find my recent watercolor piece, "Color, Restored" currently on view and available at Exchange Oil City’s Emergent Petals Exhibition in collaboration with Rafi and Klee Studios from April 29th - May 19th.

This show features a beautiful selection of vibrant, nature inspired works from talented local creatives. Based inside Oil City's beautifully and newly renovated Exchange, this space delivers an atmosphere and dining experience that you will definitely want to check out soon!

Color, Restored reflects the quiet, steady return of life that defines early May in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Featuring a collection of native blooms including trout lily, trillium, Virginia bluebells, jack-in-the-pulpit, blue violet, rue anemone, lilac, peony, bleeding heart, and American columbine, it serves as both a study and a celebration of what emerges after a long season of dormancy.

Rather than focusing on a single subject, the composition brings these flowers together in a shared space, mirroring the way spring arrives not all at once, but in layers. Each bloom carries its own timing, its own rhythm, yet together they create a landscape of renewal, one that feels both soft and resilient, as color gradually finds its way back into the world.
