At 43 Artisan Co., every piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are considered final once completed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’re committed to ensuring your experience with our shop reflects the quality and integrity of our work, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
