I’ve been really excited to reintroduce The 43 Blog now that the new 43 Artisan Co. website is up and running again. Since 43 Artisan Co. is all about expression, connection, and creativity, sharing my thoughts, ideas, and experiences with this community in a more personal way just feels right!

If you’re new here, I’m Lex, the artist and owner behind 43 Artisan Co. Making things is my jam—so much so that I made it my full-time job. I love getting creative through handcrafted jewelry, original artwork in various mediums, photography, documenting my processes, and really, any way that allows me to communicate my story and channel my energy into creating art.

With this blog, I plan to share behind-the-scenes glimpses, lessons learned, inspirations, and reflections on my journey from a 9-5 office gal turned full-time artist, marketer, podcast host, and entrepreneur. I’ll also dive into themes, topics, and processes involved in my creative work, giving you a deeper look into what goes into the pieces I create.
